Induction cap sealing Lepel CS Plus Jr H2C

The CS Plus Jr H2C offers the most versatile, cost-effective induction cap sealing for applications ranging from single caps to low volume conveyor lines.

The power supply features a simple, multi-function LCD display. In addition, it automatically detects and adjusts for the sealing head that is attached, making it extremely easy to go from using one of four available hand-held sealing head options to using the conveyor sealing head on the stand.

The CS Plus Jr H2C delivers strong, tamper-evident seals that prevent leakage and ensure integrity for a wide range of products, including food, pharmaceuticals, beverages, cosmetics, solvents, petroleum products and chemicals.

Cap Inspection System

Detects all typical fault conditions on a conveyor line during the capsealing process. It is designed to detect foil presence and bottle alignment in high speed conveyor applications.

This product can be adjusted to inspect a large variety of bottle sizes and shapes.

When a defective bottle is detected, the Cap Inspector provides an ejector signal to drive an ejector solenoid or relay.

Lepel Capless Sealing LCS-11

The LCS-11 system is the easiest, most consistent way of sealing individual bottles and containers for low volume applications. Traditionally, cap sealing is a non-contact process, but the LCS-11 uses direct contact to automatically seal containers with aluminum disk covers via a fixed parallel sealing head. Receive consistent results on a wide range of bottles even with non-concentric lid placement. No manual application of caps prior to seal.
